Covering up murders was not how Laila and Jeremy envisioned their fresh start in the year 2000.
But what were they supposed to do? They couldn't let their friend get thrown in jail and expose their family of gods to the humans.
Now the nosy cop, whose got quite the thing for Laila, is convinced Jeremy's the one that killed that women. Jeremy may have burned her body, but he took no part in the murder. This cop has had it out for Jeremy since day one though.
